Assalamualaikum & Good Day.

This is to inform all the members of the Bangladesh Merchant Marine Officers’ Association (BMMOA) that the Annual General Meeting-2026 of BMMOA will be held as follows:

Date                            :           7th May’ 2026

Program Beginning  :           05:00 PM

Venue                    :         Hotel Agrabad (Ichamati Hall), Agrabad C/A, Chattogram-4000.

Meeting Agendas:

1. Welcome speech by the President.
2. Presentation of Activity Report by the General Secretary.
3. Presentation of Financial Report 2025 by the General Secretary.
4. Approval of the Audited Accounts 2025 of BMMOA.
5. Update of “BMMOA HOME” Project.
6. Approval of the last MoM.
7. Miscellaneous.

Program Schedule:

5:00 –  5:30     Welcoming of Members and registration.

            5:30     Beginning of the AGM Program with the President’s Welcome speech.

(Maghrib Prayer break 6:20 – 6:50)

7:30     Discussion on miscellaneous as per the approval of the President.

8:00     President’s closing speech followed by dinner.
