This is to inform all the members of the Bangladesh Merchant Marine Officers’ Association (BMMOA) that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of BMMOA will be held as follows:

Date         :     01st November 2022

Time         :     07.00 PM

Venue       :     Copper Chimney Restaurant (GEC Branch), Sanmar Tower-1, Level-7th, CDA Avenue, East Nasirabad, Chattogram.

Meeting Agendas:

  1. Welcome speech by the President.
  2. Presentation of Activity Report (Present Committee) by the General Secretary.
  3. Presentation of Financial Report (2019, 2020 & 2021) by the General Secretary.
  4. Approval of the audited accounts of BMMOA 2019, 2020 & 2021.
  5. Declaration of Election.
  6. Formation of Election Sub-Committee.
  7. Publish voter list.
  8. Miscellaneous.

President’s closing speech followed by dinner.
