Introduction:-

Bangladesh Merchant Navy Officer’s Benevolent Fund was established in June 1982 in memory of our dearest fellow seamen Shamsul Alam. Since his death in 1982 we had the “Fund” operating for the benefit of the family members or nearest of all the late mariners of Bangladesh associated with the Bangladesh Merchant Navy Officer’s Association.
