This is to inform all the members of the Bangladesh Merchant Marine Officers’ Association (BMMOA) that the Annual General Meeting-2024 of BMMOA will be held as follows:

 

Date          :     1st May’ 2024

Time         :     06:30 PM

Location   :     Hotel Agrabad, Sabder Ali Road, Agrabad C/A,

                        Chattogram 4000, Bangladesh.

Meeting Agendas:

  1. Welcome speech by the President.
  2. Presentation of Activity Report by the General Secretary.
  3. Presentation of Financial Report 2023 by the General Secretary.
  4. Approval of the Audited Accounts 2023 of BMMOA.
  5. Discussion on Proposal of “BMMOA HOME”.
  6. Approval of Annual Activity Plan 2024.
  7. Income Tax File.
  8. Approval of the last MoM.
  9. Miscellaneous.

Program Schedule:

 6:00  –  6:30     Welcoming of Members, registration and light refreshments.

6:30     Beginning of the Program with the President’s Welcome speech.

9:15     President’s closing speech followed by dinner.
